Max Parks

Max Parks, 64, of Hazel, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at his place of business.
Mr. Parks was an employee of Tennessee Metals and also served in the Tennessee National Guard. He was a member of South Pleasant Grove Church and Murray Masonic Lodge #105 F.& A.M.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carmon Max Parks, Sr.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Erwin Parks; his mother, Crystal Fondaw Parks; two sons, Michael Ray Parks of Springdale, AR, and Dustin Max Parks (Erin) of Murray; and daughter, Megan Parks of Hazel; two grandchildren, Dylan and Cameron Parks; and his parents-in-law, James Euel and Brenda Erwin.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Friday at Heritage Family Funeral Home. Rev. Glenn Hill will officiate. Interment will follow at the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Heritage Family Funeral Home.
