John Allen, 70, of Hazel died Friday, August 6, 2010 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
He was a retired electrician from Ford Motor Company and a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Viola Nield Allen.
Mr. Allen is survived by a son Mark Allen and wife Regina of Hazel, KY; a daughter, Michelle McKnight of Phoenix, AZ; and three grandchildren, Cole G.O. Allen and Jessica C.V. Allen, both of Hazel, KY, and Steven J. McKnight and wife Taysha of Flagstaff, AZ.
Memorial services for Mr. Allen will be held at a later date in Indianapolis, IN and Tempe, AZ.
